These files replace the Voyetra / Sound Blaster SuperSAPI FM driver that is provided with the Sound Blaster Pro/16 installation diskettes. These files are intended only for use under Win-OS/2 provided in OS/2 version 2.1. These drivers can be used by Windows 3.1 with the new OS/2 For Windows. These files should not be used under any other operating environment. (DOS/Windows 3.x, DOS, etc.) To install these drivers you must first start a full screen Win-OS/2 session: 1. Go to the "Win-OS/2 Main" group and open the "Control Panel" 2. Open the "Drivers" icon. * First make sure that the "Voyetra / Sound Blaster SuperSAPI FM Driver" is not loaded in the list of drivers. If it is installed, REMOVE it, then shut down the Win-OS/2 session, restart it and continue to the next step. 3. Next, click on the "ADD" button and select "Unlisted or Updated Driver". 4. When you are requested to insert the disk with the unlisted or updated driver you should type the drive and path to where these files were extracted. (ie. "C:\TEMP") 5. If you are using a Sound Blaster Pro 1 (CT-1330) card you should install the "Sound Blaster Pro 1 MIDI Synthesizer" driver. If you are using a Sound Blaster Pro 2 (CT-1600) "Sound Blaster Pro 2 MIDI Synthesizer" driver. If you are using a Sound Blaster 16 (CT-1730, CT-1740, CT-1750, CT-1759, CT-1770, or CT-1779) you should install the "Sound Blaster 16 MIDI Synthesizer" driver.
